At European Wax Center, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare and beauty purchases. If you are not happy with a product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

  Ensure your product is in its original packaging and was purchased within the last 30 days from a participating center or our online store.

  Locate Your Receipt

  Provide your original physical receipt or digital order confirmation email to verify the transaction and process the refund to your original payment method.

  Visit a Center

  Bring the item to any European Wax Center location nationwide, where our associates will inspect the product and assist with the return or exchange process.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once approved, your refund will be processed immediately; please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to reflect on your bank statement.
